If you need specific food or beverages due to a food allergy, dietary restriction, or medical condition, we’re here to help.
While outside food and coolers are not permitted inside the waterpark, guests with medical or dietary needs can visit Guest Services upon arrival. Our team will provide a re-entry pass so you can return to your vehicle, access the items you need, and re-enter the park the same day at no additional charge.
Guests are welcome to bring in personal water bottles or tumblers into the park only if they are empty upon entry. One factory-sealed plastic bottle of water per guest is permitted. Glass containers are not allowed, and no other outside beverages may be brought into the park.
